TERMS OF SERVICE:
I agree and shall cause my children invitees, and guests to abide by the rules for 7IL Trails, LLC, (“7IL”), including the rules and policies published at www.7iLRanch.com, posted at the 7IL office, or communicated in any manner by 7IL. I also agree that this agreement does not create residency and that 7IL simply provides services and temporary parking for lodging in the RV site. If I remain in possession of the Site beyond the expiration of the reserved time frame without advance written consent by 7IL (which may be withheld by 7IL at its sole discretion), 7IL may pursue all rights and remedies available to 7IL.

TRAIL USAGE: Sign a waiver at the office and attach REQUIRED additional payment aside from RV reservations.
QUIET HOURS: From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Generators, radios and any activity that may disturb neighboring campsites is prohibited during this time. Generators may only be run at a reserved RV site during power outages. Non-RV parking areas may run generators.
CHILDREN: We want children to be safe and have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior.
RESTROOMS: Please limit showers to 10 minutes. No smoking or vaping. No pets, food, or drink. Septic systems are fragile, please do not flush anything but TP. Items left behind may be discarded.
PETS: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per site. Please maintain control of your pets. Owners of barking or aggressive dogs may be asked to leave the park with no refund. Pets MUST BE ON LEASH and owners MUST clean up after their pets. Do not leave pets unattended outside when you are absent. No exotics reptiles or large birds. Guests should carry proof of the pet's current vaccination.
HORSE PENS: Always keep your pens clean and tidy. Please follow the rule of: “pack it in-pack it out”. We have several muck carts for manure and left over hay. Excellent well water is available.
CAMPSITES: Always keep the campsite clean and tidy. Horse owners, please follow the rule of: “pack it in-pack it out” (what you bring in, please take it back with you: including unused hay, string, firewood, chucks and shavings / manure.). We have several muck carts for manure and left over hay. All that should be left on the ground is grass. If your horse digs a hole, cover it back with dirt and level it back for the safety of the next camper. Water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks and have proper connectors.
TRASH: Dumpsters located in the park are for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged and tied, boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside your RV overnight. Cleanliness of the park is very important to us, INCLUDING smoking materials, please do not throw them ANYWHERE on the Ranch.
PROHIBITED: Firearms, Air Guns, Paintball Guns & Sling Shots, Archery, Fireworks, Illegal Drugs, Obnoxious Behavior, Excessive Music Volume, Drones, or remote control machines.
FIRES: Only allowed in ABOVE fire rings/pits. Do NOT burn on the ground. Do not burn trash. Extinguish fires when unattended. At any time during the hot, dry summer season when fire danger is high, we reserve the right to restrict all fires. This is for your safety and the safety of other guests. No smoking on trails.
PARKING: 2 vehicles only per space if your space is large enough. Please park in your designated area off of the main road. Maximum of six (6) people; one (1) RV; and two (2) vehicles per site. Four (4) people included in rates (additional persons $10 per person per night up to the maximum).
CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be the reason for immediate eviction from the park without refund.
DRUGS: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property of 7IL. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.
LIABILITY: All persons using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. Damages to 7IL property, including but not limited to: Structures such as office, pavilion, stables, gift shop/shower/restrooms; utilities; landscaping; vehicles; streetlights or signage is strictly prohibited, guests will be held responsible for the repair of any damages. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 7IL assumes no responsibility for fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings; wind, flood, acts of God, injury, accidents, or losses from any cause. 7IL is not responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by other guests/visitors and is not responsible for any personal property. 7IL reserves the right to limit the length of stay and number of persons per site. Willful violation of these rules will result in termination of agreement and barring from the property. These Rules supersede any previously written or discussed. By receipt of 7IL Rules, you acknowledge your agreement with the terms and conditions.
BEWARE; WARNING: UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), A FARM ANIMAL PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES.
I, the undersigned, am aware that 7IL Trails, LLC is a working cattle ranch; barbed wire fences, windmills, ponds, farm equipment, nature, etc. may be dangerous. I am also aware that horses and cattle can by nature be unpredictable, and even the most outwardly tame animal may be dangerous under certain conditions. Horses, cattle and other animals may bite, kick, strike, step on, push down, rear, buck, run over, etc., which may cause injury, or in extreme cases, even death. In addition, there are conditions on the ground, both surface and subsurface, which may cause a horse to stumble or lose its footing. I am aware all obstacles on the property; in the obstacle course, on the trails, or otherwise, are only to be attempted by properly trained horses and people, if not, serious injuries could occur, even death.
I, hereby handle and / or ride at my own risk and do not hold 7IL Trails, LLC, its agents, or employees, responsible for any injury or death that may result from handling, grooming, riding, or being in the vicinity of horses. This also includes incidents that may be caused by other participants and those caused by certain land conditions and hazards including surface and subsurface conditions. Minors are required to wear an ASTM helmet and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
For purposes of this agreement, “claims” shall mean any past, present and future claims, losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, demands, or causes of action, and costs of defense or settlement (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and court costs). The releases, waivers and indemnities contained in this Agreement expressly shall apply regardless of whether the Claims to be released, waived, or indemnified against arise, or are alleged to arise from NEGLIGENCE (WHETHER SOLE, JOINT OR CONCURRENT), NEGLIGENCE PER SE, and/or STRICT LIABILITY, of 7IL Trails, LLC or their respective present and former officers, directors, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, staff and agents and any other person, firm or corporation bound to defend or pay judgments against them (the “Released Parties”). Furthermore, after reading and comprehending the foregoing, I, the undersigned, do hereby release, acquit and forever discharge 7IL Trails, LLC, its agents, heirs employees or assigns of and from any and all actions, claims, causes of action, expenses, costs, and / or damages, on account of, or in any way arising out of, any and all personal injuries and property damage that may result from any accident or mishaps while I am on the aforesaid premises whether these are related to the horses or anything and everything else that is on or part of the premises.
GOVERNING LAW; VENUE: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. In the event of any action brought to enforce or declare the meaning of the Agreement, the venue shall be in Austin County, TX.
ACCORDING TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 31:04 (b), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICES LAW”.
